I've been a customer of Thomas Bond in Arnold for many years. They are very attentive and caring, focussed on customer satisfaction. Nothing is too much trouble for them. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming and show genuine interest in ensuring that things are right. I had a small issue with my specs recently and they were extremely helpful. A particular shout out to Nicola for her prompt attention to my problem and a massive thank you to her for her help. Highly recommended.

I had excellent service at Bond's in W Bridgford today. The front staff are friendly and professional. I had a thorough eye examination including eye scans and photographs. This was followed by a consultation with Ms Whitmore who talked me through all my results. I felt reassured and have complete confidence in the attention I received. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Very happy with the service at Thomas Bond, Bingham. Diane, Lanie, Priya and Tanzeela were all professional and helpful at all stages through my eye test, choosing frames, ordering and fitting. I love my new frames and they fit well, and I will be a returning customer in the future.

I have attended the Hucknall branch for nearly 30 years. It has always been a fantastic, warm, friendly, and professional practice. Elaine has always been professional and conscientious, happy to help, and goes the extra mile at all times. Today, I also met Reece and Lucy, another 2 outstanding members of staff! I went to Thomas Bond after a tiring experience with a national chain. I needed my glasses reglazing. I was booked in with Lucy who was very helpful. Long story short I wasn’t imagining it, the lenses in my glasses were wrong. She also told me quite truthfully that if I went back to the national chain they would sort the problem out. I didn’t but I appreciated the honesty. The glasses were ready for collection 2 weeks later. I’ve bought sport glasses from Thomas Bond before.  They’ve always been really helpful and it’s good to be able to walk to the optician. Excellent service.!

I have visiting and trusting Thomas Bonds with my eyesight for decades now and cannot fault them. All staff are professional but at the same time very friendly and careful to answer any questions asked of them.

As a family we have been coming to the Arnold branch for many years now. My son has complex needs and all the staff are fabulous with him. We always get a warm welcome by all the staff when ever we go. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a warm, friendly Opticians.
