It is situated on High Street, next door to the dentists, and opposite the health centre. Free parking is available behind the practice, or in various car parks nearby.
There are three fully equipped consulting rooms, one downstairs, with an additional room for contact lens fitting and visual field examination. There is a large separate waiting room upstairs with toys available for children, and a reception/dispensing area downstairs with a wide selection of frames.
The practice is wheelchair accessible via a ramp, and patients wishing to be seen in the downstairs room to avoid the stairs can request this when booking appointments.

9am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday (may be closed 1-2pm for lunch) 9am - 12.30pm Saturday (closed bank holiday weekends) All examinations are by appointment only, although these can be available at short notice.

Bob Blane is the practice manager.
Mark Swaby is the dispensing optician based permanently at Arnold. He has been with the partnership for 16 years. He is extremely experienced and also has a special interest in glazing spectacles.
Reception staff include Tracy, Christine and Deb. They are trained in spectacle adjustment and fitting, contact lens instruction and practice administration.

Alan Green is the highly experienced dispensing optician based permanently at West Bridgford. He has been with the firm for 25 years, and can offer expert advice on high quality, high performing lenses both optically and cosmetically.
Reception staff include Debbie, who have both been with the firm for over ten years, Liz, Claire, and Nicola. They are trained in spectacle adjustment and fitting, contact lens instruction and practice administration to name just a few of their skills.
Trent Optical
Trent Optical is the firm's workshop based at the West Bridgford practice. Having our own workshop allows us strict control over the quality of the spectacles we produce, and the workshop team take a personal pride in their work.
